§ 2.60.020. Police pension fund.

The provisions of Article 3 of the Illinois Pension Code (40 ILCS 5/3-101 et seq.) for the creation, setting apart, formation and disbursement of a police pension fund, are adopted by the City and incorporated by reference in this Code.
