§ 2.60.030. Firefighters' pension fund.

The provisions of Article 4 of the Illinois Pension Code (40 ILCS 5/4-101 et seq.) for the creation, setting apart, formation and disbursement of a firefighters' pension fund, are adopted by the City and incorporated by reference in this Code.
