§ 2.60.010. Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund and related provisions adopted.

The Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund and provisions relative thereto contained in Article 7 of the Illinois Pension Code (40 ILCS 5/7-101 et seq.) are adopted and made applicable to city employees and their beneficiaries, and are incorporated by reference in this Code.
