§ 9.36.120. Same—Hearing notice; procedure.

  • The hearing authorized by Section 9.36.110 shall be conducted by the entire commission, or a quorum thereof, upon due and reasonable notice to all parties. Notice shall be made in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Practice Law (735 ILCS 5/2-101 et seq.) and following. The commission shall have power to administer oaths and to take sworn testimony. Any party alleged to have violated this chapter shall be entitled to be represented by counsel, and shall have the right to call witnesses on his own behalf, and to cross examine witnesses.
