§ 6.16.040. Failure to reclaim.

Upon failure of the owner to reclaim the animal within seven (7) calendar days of the notice of impoundment under Section 6.16.030(A), then the animal control officer or the poundmaster may adopt the animal to a new home or euthanize the animal humanely by injection.
