§ 2.08.010. Term.

The appointive offices of City Clerk and City Treasurer shall be for the same term as the Mayor. The appointive offices of Corporation Counsel and City Attorney shall serve terms at the pleasure of the City Council. The appointive offices of directors of departments shall serve terms at the pleasure of the City Manager. All appointed officers and employees are retained under city manager form of government.
