§ 9.36.070. Human relations commission—Confirmation and ratification; amendments.

The following sections recognize, confirm and ratify the Collinsville human relations commission created by Chapter 2.32, and duly organized thereunder; the appointment, confirmation and terms of its members; the adoption and approval of its bylaws; and its past and present existence and functions pursuant to law; and confirm the commission and its present members and officers as duly selected and utilized and serving, and to be selected, utilized and serve under the provisions of this chapter. Chapter 2.32 is, to the extent of any inconsistency with this chapter, amended, and the rights, powers, duties and functions of the human relations commission, the City Council, and city officers are amended and clarified as provided by this chapter.
