§ 9.32.080. Same—False excuse prohibited.

It shall be an offense under Sections 9.32.070 through 9.32.090 for a parent or person in loco parentis to knowingly submit to the proper school authorities a written excuse under Section 9.32.070 that contains false information. A person convicted of an offense under this section shall be subject to a fine of not more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense.
