§ 9.04.005. Statutes adopted.

Latest version.

All acts now or hereafter found in 720 ILCS are hereby adopted by reference. Violations of such acts shall be an offense. Violations of this section shall be punished as provided in Section 1.16.010. Nothing in this section shall be deemed to adopt or punish that which is a felony under State law.
