§ 5.36.030. Same—Fee.

There shall be paid a license fee as established in Title 4 for each mechanical device operated or set up for operation. The fee shall be paid in advance, and no license shall be issued for less than one (1) year. In no case shall any portion of the license fee be repaid to the licensee.
