§ 3.20.020. Report required.

Every person engaged in the business of selling tangible personal property at retail in the City of Collinsville shall file, on or before the 20th day of each calendar month, the report to the State Department of Revenue required by Section 3 of the Illinois Retailers' Occupation Tax Act (35 ILCS 120/1 et seq.), as amended.
