§ 2.36.020. Composition; qualifications; appointments.

The Plan Commission shall consist of eleven (11) members, citizens of the City, appointed by the Mayor on the basis of their particular fitness for their duty on the Plan Commission, and subject to the approval of the City Council.

The City Engineer shall serve as an ex-officio non-voting member of the Planning Commission. It shall be the duty of the Engineer to advise the members of the Planning Commission on technical details related to items under Commission consideration. The Engineer shall have no vote and shall not count toward the establishment of a quorum.
