§ 2.04.070. Published form; cost to public; complimentary copies.

Whenever any ordinance imposing any fine, penalty, imprisonment or forfeiture, or making any appropriation, is printed in pamphlet form or otherwise published pursuant to 65 ILCS 5/1-2-4, the City Manager or his designee may impose a reasonable price commensurate with the cost of printing for distribution to the public, and the City Manager or his designee may furnish complimentary copies to any governmental agency or representative thereof.
