§ 2.04.020. Record and memorandum of passage—Kept by City Clerk.

The City Clerk shall record, in a book used exclusively for that purpose, all ordinances passed by the Council. Immediately following each ordinance, the City Clerk shall make a memorandum of the date of the passage and the publication, where required, of the ordinance.
