§ 15.04.010. Adoption of Building Codes by Reference.

Pursuant to Division 3 of the Illinois Municipal Code (65 ILCS 5/3-1-1 et al.), the Building Codes of the City shall consist of the following, which are incorporated by reference and made a part hereof as though fully set out herein, and are hereby adopted:

A.

The "2015 International Building Code," published by the International Code Council, Inc. including Appendices G, H, and J, and the amendments prescribed in Section 15.04.015(1) is hereby adopted as the "Building Code of the City of Collinsville, Illinois" (the "Commercial Building Code");

B.

The "2015 International Fire Code", published by the International Code Council, Inc. including Appendices B, C, D, E, F, G, H, and I and the amendments prescribed in Section 15.04.015(2) is hereby adopted as the "Fire Code of the City of Collinsville, Illinois" (the "Fire Code");

C.

The "2015 International Mechanical Code", published by the International Code Council, Inc., et al. including Appendix A thereto, and the amendments prescribed in Section 15.04.015(3) is hereby adopted as the "Mechanical Code of the City of Collinsville, Illinois" (the "Mechanical Code");

D.

The "2015 International Property Maintenance Code", published by the International Code Council, Inc., et al. including Appendix A, and the amendments thereto prescribed in Section 15.04.015(4) is hereby adopted as the Property Maintenance Code of the City of Collinsville, Illinois" (the "Property Maintenance Code");

E.

The "2015 International Residential Code", published by the International Code Council, Inc., et al. including Appendices E, F, G, and H, and the amendments thereto prescribed in Section 15.04.015(5) is hereby adopted as the "Residential Code of the City of Collinsville, Illinois" (the "Residential Code");

F.

The "2015 International Existing Building Code" published by the International Code Council, Inc., et al including the amendments thereto prescribed in Section 15.04.015(6) is hereby adopted as the "Existing Building Code of the City of Collinsville, Illinois" ("Existing Building Code");

G.

The "2015 International Fuel Gas Code" published by the International Code Council, Inc., et al including the amendments thereto prescribed in Section 15.04.015(7) is hereby adopted as the "Fuel Gas Code of the City of Collinsville" ("Fuel Gas Code");

H.

The "2015 International/Illinois Energy Conservation Code" published by the International Code Council, Inc., et al including the amendments thereto prescribed in Section 15.04.015(8) is hereby adopted as the "Energy Code of the City of Collinsville" ("Energy Code");

I.

The "2014 National Electrical Code" published by the National Fire Protection Association, Inc. including the amendments thereto prescribed in Section 15.04.015(9) is hereby adopted as the "Electrical Code of the City of Collinsville, Illinois" (the "Electrical Code").

J.

The "Illinois Plumbing Code 77 IL Admin Code 890" published by the Illinois Department of Public Health thereto prescribed in Section 15.04.015(10) is hereby adopted as the "Plumbing Code of the City of Collinsville" (the "Plumbing Code");

K.

The "2012 NFPA 101 Life Safety Code" published by National Fire Protection Association including the amendments thereto prescribed in Section 15.04.015(11) of this Ordinance is hereby adopted as the " Life Safety Code of the City of Collinsville" ("Life Safety Code ").
