§ 10.08.040. Parking for purpose of sale, washing, greasing, storing or repairing.

No person shall stand or park a vehicle upon any roadway for the principal purpose of:
A.

Displaying it for sale;

B.

Washing, greasing, storing or repairing such vehicle, except repairs necessitated by an emergency.
