§ 10.04.010. Adopted.

There is adopted by reference as if fully set out herein the entire Illinois Vehicle Code (625 ILCS 5/1-100 et seq.). Every person convicted of a violation of the provisions of this section as a city ordinance violation shall be subject to a penalty consisting of a fine of not more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense.
